a) Work with Business units for understanding their needs and developing business plan
b) Ability to prepare Long term and Short term plan based on current trend and future demand
c) Setting up new workshop facilities at SBU's / Regions
d) Annual / Monthly production planning and achieving target
e) Preparation of Revenue and expenses budget and achieving the plan
f) Planning Infrastructure and tooling
g) Manpower planning, recruitment and capability development
h) Developing Operational processes
i) Production planning for achieving TAT
j) Quality control
k) Digitization of processes
l) Inventory planning.
m) Developing L2 Manager capabilities
n) Achieving Employee satisfaction
o) Responsible for gender diversity of 25%
a) Business development - Promote Workshop capabilities for improving revenue
b) Infrastructure planning based on demand
c) Resource planning Infra / Tooling / Manpower, etc.
d) Production planning and control
e) Quality management
f) Inventory management
g) Managing workshop P&L
h) Implementing new technologies for improving processes and governance
i) Bay capacity utilization and reducing TAT for customer
j) Budgeting cost and control
