Head - V&V

You are a senior professional with 15-20 years of experience in Testing, Business Development, and Commercials. You will be responsible for the growth of the Testing business unit as the Head of IVV (Internal Verification and Validation). The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience in Testing and Business Development within the Testing landscape. You must have previous experience in Business Development and Account Management roles within an organization. Preferably, you should have a background in IT Services companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Grow the Testing business unit - Lead Business Development initiatives - Manage client accounts effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Educational background in B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc, MCA, B.E, or B.Tech - Proven experience in Head of Testing roles - Proficiency in Client Acquisition and Client Management - Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing methodologies - Previous experience in Testing Lead Generation, Test Consulting, and Account Mining - Familiarity with Verification and Validation (V&V) processes Please note that the job location can be either Trivandrum or Bangalore.
