As a Salesforce / SFDC Solution Design Architect based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in the CRM architecture with Salesforce expertise. Your responsibilities will include: - Hiring, mentoring, and leading the India development team to build organization competency in CRM, specifically Salesforce - Acting as a solution and design architect for CRM implementations including Salesforce and Pivotal - Defining standards, best practices, and governance structures to ensure high-quality solutions - Writing and maintaining programming and project documentation based on specifications provided - Providing innovative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking for CRM delivery - Leveraging partner solutions and third-party products on Salesforce to cater to business needs - Installing applications, configuring environments, and providing end-user and system administrator training - Working hands-on with complex components, problem-solving, and ensuring successful CRM delivery Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 10-13 years of hands-on experience in CRM implementation, system design, or related business experience - Experience with at least 3-5 SFDC end-to-end implementations - Salesforce certifications 401 and 201 are mandatory, while 501 is helpful - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM application, Apex Programming, VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, and other related technologies - Knowledge of integrating SFDC using various tools and technologies, cloud computing, encryption technologies, and web technologies - Experience in business process mapping, technical requirement gathering, and managing integrations - Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes in the financial services sector and the software development life cycle methodologies - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multicultural teams and manage client expectations In this role, you will be part of an IT/Computers-Software company based in Gurgaon, with a focus on Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
