Job Description

As a Salesforce/SFDC Solution Design Architect based in Gurgaon, your primary responsibilities will include: - Hiring, mentoring, and leading the India development team towards building competency in CRM, specifically SalesForce - Acting as a solution and design architect for CRM implementations, including SalesForce and Pivotal - Defining standards, best practices, and governance structures to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions - Writing and maintaining programming and project documentation according to provided specifications - Understanding business requirements and functional processes to deliver optimal solutions - Providing innovative ideas and thinking out of the box for CRM delivery tools and methodologies - Leveraging partner solutions and third-party products on SalesForce to cater to the business requirements effectively - Hands-on involvement in working on complex components, troubleshooting, and problem-solving - Installing applications and configuring environments for development, testing, and production usage - Conducting end-user and system administrator training both on-site and remotely Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Minimum 10-13 years of hands-on experience in CRM implementation, system design, or related business experience - Mandatory experience in a minimum of 3-5 SFDC end-to-end implementations - Salesforce certifications 401 and 201 are mandatory, while 501 is considered helpful - Proficiency in Force.com development best practices - Solid understanding of SFDC CRM application capabilities, with expertise in Sales Cloud (mandatory) and familiarity with Service Cloud - Strong knowledge of Apex Programming, including SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards - Experience in integrating SFDC using various tools like Web Methods, Web services, SSO, Cast Iron, Informatica, etc - Ability to architect and build solutions within the SalesForce Portal - Familiarity with cloud computing and encryption technologies - Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript and SQL, along with understanding of web technologies - Experience in business process mapping and translating them into technical solutions - Previous exposure to migrating from one CRM platform to another throughout the project lifecycle - Knowledge of structured software development life-cycle methodologies, preferably Agile or Iterative development - Experience in collaborating with multicultural teams in diverse geographical locations - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical aspects to the business stakeholders - Capability to manage client expectations and project scope effectively This role requires a B.E/B.Tech degree and focuses on Salesforce CRM, SFDC integration, and technical architecture.
