Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of key parties to agree on objectives and support the development of the Tech/Business strategy to deliver. Your role will involve considering both vertical and horizontal views through value streams and co-design structures to avoid duplication of services and create a cohesive strategy around service providers and tooling. This alignment is crucial not only for new deals but also for managing the current landscape of providers. Additionally, you will provide 3rd party requirements to procurement, analyze options, and support the development of Business Cases. You will review, plan, and prioritize funding options across RTB, CTB, and other portfolios. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure alignment of key parties and develop the Tech/Business strategy - Consider vertical and horizontal views through value streams and co-design structures - Provide 3rd party requirements to procurement and support Business Case development - Review, plan, and prioritize funding options across various portfolios Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of executive leadership in technology management roles within the financial services industry, preferably multinational banks - Strong understanding of Technology operational management requirements for banks and knowledge of the external environment (regulatory, political, competitor, and market) - Ability to translate technology strategy and align and manage accountabilities accordingly - Experience in managing within a complex matrix environment, with deep financial and commercial awareness - Demonstrable experience in managing significant financial and resource plans, organizational transformation, and project portfolio management, with a track record of driving results in complex, matrixed organizations - Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively - Maintains expert knowledge of stakeholder requirements, competitor activities, and market trends to influence future direction - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes,
