Head Training and Placement Officer (TPO)

Role Overview: As the Head Training and Placement Officer (TPO) at Anand International College of Engineering, you will lead the Training and Placement Cell towards achieving 100% student placement. Your primary focus will be on developing robust industry relations and providing students with the necessary skills and training to excel in their professional careers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Placement & Internship activities, including strategizing and executing plans for maximizing student placements in reputed organizations. - Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, HR professionals, and recruiters for collaborations on live projects, internships, and industry-academia interaction sessions. - Assess students" training needs and plan training programs, workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions in collaboration with external trainers and industry mentors. - Develop yearly placement and training calendars, set placement targets, and prepare placement brochures, reports, and promotional materials. - Provide student guidance on career planning, interview preparation, mentorship, and career counseling, promoting entrepreneurship and start-up initiatives. - Represent the college at placement consortiums, industry panels, career summits, and collaborate with alumni networks for placements and mentoring.
