About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end setup of an Ice Cream Theme Park (concept development to operational launch) a unique blend of entertainment, family attractions, and dessert innovation. This is a ground-up role for someone who can manage concept execution, site development, vendor coordination, regulatory approvals, creative design implementation to ensure a seamless and engaging guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Concept & Theming

  • Translate the parks vision into a cohesive guest experience and layout.
  • Develop and oversee themed zones, attractions, landscapes, and dcor.
  • Ensure rides, attractions, and facilities align with safety and operational requirements.

2.Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the setup and rollout of the ice cream concept within the theme park, including layout, design, and infrastructure readiness.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
  • Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and compliance with health and safety standards.

3.Concept & Brand Development

  • Work closely with marketing and supporting teams to align the concept with the parks overall theme and guest experience.
  • Ensure all branding, visual design, and product presentation adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Identify innovative ideas for menu presentation, kiosk design, and customer engagement.

4.Operations Readiness

  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily operations, including production, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of the operational team.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for raw material sourcing, cold chain management, and inventory control.
  • Conduct trial runs and soft launches before official opening.

5.Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Present regular progress reports to management and flag potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure all licensing, food safety, and local authority approvals are in place

6. Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce food safety and theme park compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence post-launch.

7. Guest Safety Oversight

  • Ensure all rides, attractions, and public areas adhere to safety standards.
  • Monitor crowd management, queuing systems, and public movement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Safety is the responsibility
  • Ultimate responsibility for guest safety lies with the Head, ensuring a safe and secure experience for every visitor.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Architecture, or Hospitality
  • 10 - 18 years in theme park or large-scale entertainment setup
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor projects
  • Strong knowledge of rides, attractions, F&B, retail, and guest services
  • Certified in project management and safety compliance
