Head Teacher

As the Head Teacher at Beautiful Minds, you will be instrumental in nurturing young learners through a holistic, play-based approach to education. Inspired by the Finnish early childhood education model, you will oversee the implementation of the Lil Bo Peep Early Years Program, aiming to foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child while making a significant impact on India's early years education. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the learning and well-being of children from playgroup to UKG. - Lead the learning process for UKG students. - Engage directly with students in the classroom, guiding their daily learning. - Plan, prepare, and communicate with parents to empower your team and develop the early years program. - Coordinate among teachers and staff. - Manage parent interactions when necessary or in the absence of the Centre Head and admissions officer. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelors level degree in education, preferably in Early Years Education. - Have a minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience in international preschools. - Demonstrate empathy, resilience, collaboration, and creativity. - Possess excellent language skills in both English and the local language (Telugu). - Good to have: Knowledge of International preschool education, particularly Finnish Early childhood education, is an asset. - Good to have: Masters degree in education or related fields. - Good to have: Leadership experience in preschools.
