Job Description

As a Strategic Alliance/Business Development/B2B professional with over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business, and account management in the BFSI/ATM space, you will be responsible for driving the revenue stream for BTI_ by leveraging the India1 network ATMs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building strategic alliances with banks and other entities to expand business footprint - Developing long, medium, and short-term plans aligned with organizational goals - Achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for the _ - Defining product specifications for each relationship and managing all RFPs and proposals related to strategic alliances with banks In addition, you will be in charge of collections and account receivables, ensuring timely collection of all outstanding accounts receivables from customers, resolving billing issues, and reducing the amount of accounts receivables. Your role will also involve continuously monitoring and managing SLA adherence against service delivery on a monthly basis, creating and obtaining buy-in for the structure of the Service Level Agreements, negotiating Service Level Agreements with stakeholders, and ensuring that Service Level Targets/Service Level Objectives within SLA are met.,
