We’re looking for someone who thrives in mission-critical sales environments , can engage top-level defence and public sector clients, and lead a portfolio of advanced technology solutions across and take ownership of high-value sales in Signal Intelligence, Spectrum Monitoring, Secure Radio Communications, and Homeland Security solutions . 🔹 What You’ll Do: Develop and execute market expansion strategies across India and beyond Lead customer engagements with defence, paramilitary, aviation, and security organizations Build and sustain strategic partnerships to enhance long-term business growth Own sales targets, drive business growth, and provide thought leadership in secure communications Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution 🔹 What You Bring: 15+ years of experience in sales within defence, aerospace, or secure technology domains Strong knowledge of Indian defence procurement and strategic customer engagement Expertise in building and managing high-impact partnerships A growth mindset , leadership capabilities, and a commitment to innovation 💡 Ideal Candidates May Come From: ✔ Defence-focused public sector undertakings or R&D organizations ✔ Global or Indian technology companies serving government clients ✔ Strategic account managers from aerospace, homeland security, or secure infrastructure solution providers ✔ Professionals who have led tendering, pricing, contracting, and customer lifecycle engagement for mission-critical programs Solid knowledge of procurement protocols (DAP, MoD, PSU contracting) B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, RF, or Communications Engineering Deep understanding of Indian defence procurement and government systems Apply Now: karan@hiresquad.in Show more Show less
