Hiring for Training Team Leader//Assistant Manager Training//Supervisor Traiinng International Voice Process Banking Process Leading BPO in Gurgaon Require minimum 1 year experience as Team leader Training in BPO in BFSI Voice process Must have handled team of process Trainers CTC UPTO 10LPA Shifts 24*7 Role and key responsibilities: Manage New Hire training end to end. Bridge gaps in product, process, language, comprehension and cultural aspects of all Lobs Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity Responsible as per defined monthly/quarterly/yearly Training scorecards and PLA(Performance level agreement) Responsible for managing retention during training Drive C-Sat & E-sat initiatives to add value to the Process and customer Should be able to contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) Interested Candidates can mail their cv at simmi@hiresquad.in or call at 8467054123
