• Demonstrate deep knowledge in Retail Liabilities business including product design , segment strategy and new product launches
• Showcase experience in expanding and distributing liability business across multiple channels
• Strategies and drive the growth of the bank's retail liabilities business.
• Take Ownership for achieving retail liabilities targets
• Exhibit a proven track record of developing a high quality liability (deposit) portfolio in a Bank

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree /PG in a relevant field from a recognized university or institution

Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in the Indian banking or financial services sector, particularly in Senior Management or Head roles within Retail liabilities.
