Head - Retail & Commercial Leasing

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Retail & Commercial Leasing division. This is a leadership role that requires strong industry connections, negotiation acumen, and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon commercial leasing market. Key Responsibilities: · Drive and lead leasing strategies for retail and commercial spaces (including renewals and new acquisitions). · Identify and onboard branded properties for leasing opportunities. · Conduct lease negotiations to ensure competitive terms aligned with company goals. · Manage a team of leasing professionals, ensuring targets and quality standards are met. · Generate market insights and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership. · Coordinate with developers, landlords, brokers, and legal teams for documentation and closures.
