Job Description

As a Head Quality Control at Fishfa Biogenics, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control operations within the company. You should have 8-12 years of experience in Biological API, Testing, QMS, and GLP. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the Quality Control department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies - Develop and implement quality control procedures for Biological API, Testing, QMS, and GLP - Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met - Collaborate with other departments to address quality control issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality control practices Qualification Required: - MSc. in Biotech or Microbiology - 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry In addition to the job role, Fishfa Biogenics values a healthy work environment and prioritizes the health and safety of its employees.
