Leadership: Manage and supervise the Quality Control team, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet internal and external quality standards by overseeing inspections, testing, and documentation processes. Problem-Solving: Address and investigate product defects or quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and R&D to address quality concerns, implement improvements, and ensure product consistency. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports, and communicate results to senior management. Compliance & Auditing: Lead audits and inspections to ensure regulatory and industry standards (ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.) are met. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to strategies for increasing product quality and reducing waste.
