Job Description

Location:

Basic Mission:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor quality checks at various production stages before testing and dispatch.
Prepare inspection formats and QC reports; maintain QC documentation and records.
Review design drawings (prepared by Design) prior to submission to clients or production.
Conduct client inspections, prepare MOMs, and close audit/inspection points.
Lead root cause analysis for critical issues, define corrective actions, and report to management.
Manage NC (non-conformance) reporting and vendor QC improvement initiatives.
Drive new QC processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in design and inspection.
Critical thinking, process orientation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and familiarity with structural calculations.
79 years experience in designing or QC for air pollution control equipment or similar fabrication domain.

Targets / Indicators:

Minimal / NIL quality issues.
Effective QC documentation and reporting.
