Head - PSU Banking - Financial Inclusion

• Business Correspondent Operations:

Oversee end-to-end operations of Government Bank BC activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Monitoring & Reporting:

Develop and implement monitoring mechanisms for BC channel performance, transaction volumes, and service quality. Prepare and present periodic reports with analytics to the management.

• Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU Banks, government officials, and other stakeholders to drive FI initiatives.

• Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities, design growth strategies, and ensure achievement of financial targets for the FI vertical.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.

• Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.

• Risk & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to BC operations.

• Training & Capacity Building:

Organize regular training programs for BC agents and internal teams to enhance productivity and service delivery.
