As Head - Project Management Control Group at Adani Data Centre, your role is crucial in overseeing the successful completion of construction or capital projects. Your responsibilities include: - Head the design and set-up of the project management office to ensure capabilities for delivering large and complex data center projects - Set project management standards and communicate project priorities effectively - Align project objectives with the company's strategic goals - Head strategic planning and project governance - Define project management methodologies and implement efficiencies to meet financial expectations - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project initiation, expectation setting, and closure - Ensure projects comply with organizational standards and client requirements - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively - Monitor and implement industry-leading project management tools and practices - Manage and allocate resources across projects based on priorities, schedules, and budgets - Coach and mentor team members on project management practices and standards - Oversee capability-building programs related to project management and knowledge management initiatives - Promote Adani's brand values in all interactions and strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust - Build a high-performing team, set clear KPIs, and track progress for continuous improvement - Champion a digital mindset within the organization to enhance innovation and competitiveness Key Stakeholders - Internal: - Heads of various functions (design, project, quality) - Project Managers - Project Leads - Direct reportees - Cross-functional teams Key Stakeholders - External: - OEMs, materials, and service partners - Clients Qualifications: - Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree in civil or electrical engineering - Experience: 15-17 years of work experience in project management and governance of data center projects - Certification(s): Project Management certification (PMP, FRICS/MRICS, or other industry benchmark certifications),
