Job Description You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring optimal production planning, managing end-to-end operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to project deadlines in the fan division. Your role will involve leading production teams effectively, managing resources and budgets, and enabling a smooth workflow to meet organizational goals.
