Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Technical Manager in our NABL Accredited LED Lighting Lab. The Technical Manager will oversee technical support, manage a team, and handle project management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D), ensuring the quality and performance of lighting solutions, and coordinating various technical projects. The Technical Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with NABL standards and leading innovation efforts in LED lighting technology. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience Ability in Team Management and Project Management Proficiency in IS 17025 documentation and procedures Must have hands on experience in attending NABL Audit and well-versed about its procedures and Testing of equipment's like Goniophotometer, Integrating Sphere, Glow-wire tester, Needle flame tester, Lightning Surge Generator, Torsion tester, LED Drive tester, High Voltage tester, Impact Test Analysis, Ingress Protection Test, Ball Pressure test apparatus, Measurement of Earth Resistance, etc. Effective communication and leadership abilities Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Must know the testing procedures of Safety and Performance standards Experience in LED lighting Testing Lab and NABL standards is a plus Must have a minimum experience of 4-6 years in this sector NO NEED APPLICATIONS WITHOUT EXPERIENCE IN ABOVE AREAS
