looking for an experienced Head of Product Management to lead our innovation

and product lifecycle strategy.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and execution-focused Head of Product

Management to lead our product development and lifecycle management

function. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the nutrition, health

supplements, FMCG, or wellness sectors, with a proven ability to launch and

scale high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:Define and drive the long-term product

roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends, and consumer

insights.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee products from

concept to discontinuation—covering development, launch, growth,

maturity, and exit planning.

• New Product Development: Lead ideation, formulation, packaging,

pricing, and launch of new nutrition products in collaboration with

R&D, supply chain, and regulatory.

• Portfolio Management: Continuously evaluate and optimize the

product portfolio based on performance, relevance, and strategic fit.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor

activity, and innovation opportunities to inform product strategy and

differentiation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, sales,

marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution across

the product lifecycle.

• Sales & Marketing Oversight: Support go-to-market strategies,

pricing, promotions, and campaigns to drive adoption and growth.

• Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage feedback, reviews, and data

analytics to refine existing products and inspire new ideas.

• Scratch-to-Scrap Ownership: Ensure complete accountability for the

product—from concept and development to market performance and

phase-out.

• Team & Performance Management: Build and mentor a high-

performing product team while owning P&L, pricing, cost control, and

inventory health.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product management,

with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Background in nutrition, health supplements, FMCG, or similar

consumer health industries.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, regulatory

standards (FSSAI, etc.), and market research.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

skills.

• MBA or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or relevant domain preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
