Head- Procurement & Asset Management

The Head of Procurement & Asset Management will be responsible for devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships, negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and managing all Audit Compliance, post-delivery tasks and tracking deliveries.

Job Responsibilities :

• Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business.
• Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
• Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage utilizing global market exploitation, leveraging spends and leveraging technologies.
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing strategy. Follow & commit with Yottas Policy statements (e.g. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/ITSM/BCMS/EnMS etc.) Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. Understand the organizations expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for. Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute to achieving departmental & management system objectives. Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
• Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

Qualification and Experience:

• Any Graduate or above

• 20+ years of experience in Non-IT Procurement, especially in Projects and Facility .
