We are looking for individual having strong experience & skills in Supply Chain Management . We have a multi-unit manufacturing set up for Medical Electronics products which we are market leaders. The position involves leading and managing the entire SCM activities & ensuring timely delivery of parts to ensure On-Time delivery of products as per the business strategy.
1. Minimum 15 Years in Manufacturing
2. Hands on exposure in leading and managing the entire SCM Value Chain from Sourcing Ontime Delivery – Lean Inventory
3. Ability to develop internal systems to measure metrics-based performance for individuals and the entire team
4. Should have excellent capabilities in supplier qualification, negotiation skills and contract management.
5. B E – Electronics / Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics
1. Assembly Line – Medical Equipment/ White Goods / Automotive
2. Tamil & Hindi
3. Exposure to handling multiple materials like SS, Plastic, FRP, Sheet Metal, Painting, Machining
4. MBA
To ensure efficient fulfillment of demand.
1. To manage materials sourcing and procurement
2. Qualify the supplier based on rates, lead time etc.. with no compromise in quality.
3. To manage supplier relationship and development
4. To ensure adherence to Customs related processes
5. To evaluate existing processes, systems and policies and ensure implementation best in class
6. To implement a data driven analysis and decision-making process
