Head Portfolio Acquisition-ARC (Asset Reconstruction Company)

We are hiring for one of the large Asset Reconstruction Company. This is a strategic and critical leadership role and will head the Acquisitions, Portfolio buyouts & strategic partnerships for the ARC.

Responsibilities

The Vice President will lead the B2B growth and strategic expansion of the organization's outreach across banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and fin-techs, with a dual focus:

• Sourcing

  loan pools

  (retail, SME, unsecured, or secured) from financial institutions for internal collections.
• Selling

  digital collections as a service

  to external financial institutions seeking scalable, tech-driven recovery solutions.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for business development, relationship management, revenue growth, and coordination with internal collections and technology teams. The leader will also manage a team of investment analysts to support deal evaluation, performance tracking, and portfolio insights.

Qualifications

• 20+ years total experience with a mix of heading collections and sourcing portfolio buyouts in a B2B leadership role.
• Strong expertise in evaluating deals in terms of valuation, recovery potential, legal enforceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong digital collections & analytics expertise
• Well networked in the NBFC/Banks B2B ecosystem.

Salary on offer

For the right candidate the CTC can go upto 1 cr.
