Greetings from India Pharma People Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Unit Head to manage their flagship herbal extraction facility near Mysore The Unit Head will be responsible for the overall performance of the facility and will oversee all plant functions, including manufacturing, maintenance, EHS, stores, HR and QC. This role is ideal for a candidate who has risen through the ranks in manufacturing and is passionate about operational excellence. As we are a high-growth company, the candidate must be adaptable and willing to go beyond functional boundaries to get the job done.
