Head Operations COE

Role Overview: As the Center of Excellence (COE) Head at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), located in Mumbai HO, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, suggesting robust construction methods, optimizing construction processes, implementing green building practices, and fostering innovation. Your role will require strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to achieve business excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across projects. - Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and innovation. - Identify areas for process enhancements and standardization to improve productivity and consistency. - Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. - Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies proactively. - Develop and implement best practices across projects to enhance efficiency. - Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in construction and real estate development. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and knowledge sharing within the organization. - Engage with external stakeholders, consultants, and partners to adopt global best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred. - Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex projects. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Expertise in process improvement methodologies is desirable.
