Job Description

Lead the development and management of international investment products (mutual funds, bonds, structured products, REIT/INVITS, alternates and more).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, SEBI, and international authorities like CBB, DFSA, MAS, etc.• Collaborate with stakeholders (Wealth Advisors, Marketing, Compliance, IT) and external partners (AMCs, custodians).• Drive customer-focused enhancements and enable the sales force with training, analytics, and tools.• Monitor and report on product performance, profitability, and customer uptake.

Experience

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics (MBA/Master’s in Finance preferred); CFA/CA/FRM will be a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product/wealth management, investment banking, with strong exposure to offshore products and regulatory compliance.• Robust understanding of global markets, asset classes, risk frameworks, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and complex data interpretation.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
