Role Overview

As the Head of Technology/Director of Technology, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's technology strategy, leading development teams, and overseeing the architecture, scalability, and delivery of all digital products and platforms. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical acumen, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall technology strategy aligned with business objectives and client growth.
• Lead the full lifecycle of project delivery including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of websites, marketing platforms, and digital products.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional technology teams (developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver performance-driven digital solutions.
• Ensure robust data security, infrastructure scalability, and system performance.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tech stacks, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
• Lead initiatives for automation, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Drive the design and deployment of AI agents and automation workflows to enhance customer interactions and internal processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologiesespecially AI, ML, and conversational agentsand integrate them where appropriate.
• Oversee technical aspects of client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology services/tools.
• Drive innovation by exploring technologies relevant to web development, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as Head of Technology/Director of Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale web development and digital marketing technology projects.
• Expertise in full-stack development, including modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), web architecture, APIs, and security standards.
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and integration of AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, etc.).
• Familiarity with white-label business models and client-centric service delivery.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building capabilities.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
