What You’ll Do

• Lead the vision for teacher growth and academic excellence.
• Build and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Develop systems to track and improve learning outcomes.
• Mentor and inspire teachers and academic teams.
• Collaborate across functions to align academic strategy with Codeyoung’s mission.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in

  academic leadership, teacher training, or curriculum design
