As the Head of Talent Solutions at Lloyds Register, your role is to lead the design and delivery of strategic talent initiatives to ensure the organization has the right capabilities to meet current and future business needs. Your responsibilities include: - Partnering with HR and business leaders for Strategic Workforce Planning to forecast capability needs and develop talent pipelines for long-term workforce sustainability, increased mobility, and succession readiness. - Designing and implementing targeted development pathways for critical talent segments, such as succession planning, career frameworks, and mobility strategies. - Collaborating with Learning Programme Managers and the Learning Business Partner to integrate talent solutions into broader learning and leadership development offerings. - Utilizing internal data and external market intelligence to inform talent strategies and measure impact. - Establishing strong relationships with People Directors, Partners, and business leaders to ensure talent solutions align with organizational goals. - Staying informed of emerging trends in talent management and incorporating innovative practices into the function. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Deep expertise in talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder groups. - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent initiatives. - Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. - Comprehensive knowledge of talent best practices and emerging market trends.
