Job Description

As a Service Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead and manage the regional Services Client Managers team in India to achieve year-over-year bookings growth and develop the selling organization. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, maintaining bookings forecast, coaching the sales team, deploying Services initiatives, and ensuring growth targets are met. Additionally, you will support the client-facing team in customer visits and negotiations, govern the use of sales policies, communicate the company's vision, oversee the Limits of Authority process, and drive the implementation of digital tools for high efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the regional Services Client Managers team in India - Achieve year-over-year bookings growth and develop the selling organization - Set sales targets and maintain bookings forecast - Coach the sales team and deploy Services initiatives - Ensure growth targets are met - Support the client-facing team in customer visits and negotiations - Govern the use of sales policies and communicate the company's vision - Oversee the Limits of Authority process and drive the implementation of digital tools for high efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing & Sales, or a related field - MBA or equivalent Sales & management experience - Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction - Strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and communication skills - Proficiency in English; additional languages applicable to the assigned region are advantageous - Willingness to travel Siemens Energy's Transformation of Industry division is focused on decarbonizing the industrial sector and enabling the transition to sustainable processes.
