Role Overview: As the Head of Sales & Service at Korn Ferry Digital, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and grow the Sales & Service business unit. Your main responsibility will be to develop and build a high-performing commercial organization that includes direct sellers, customer success teams, and Independent Solution Consultants (ISCs). You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of execution excellence, innovation, and customer obsession within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an India-specific sales and service strategy to drive growth, market share, and customer impact. - Lead enterprise sales execution by collaborating closely with Consulting, Delivery, and Customer Success teams. - Build a culture of accountability, learning, and performance within the organization to attract and retain top-tier talent. - Provide structured coaching and development to enhance individual capability and team outcomes. - Establish and scale Digital Sales & Service solutions through a strong ISC community and programs. - Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums, executive roundtables, and customer engagements. - Foster senior-level client relationships to shape pipeline and growth opportunities. - Partner cross-functionally to align efforts and deliver superior customer value. - Drive operational excellence in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and Salesforce hygiene. - Utilize digital tools and automation to enhance productivity and scalability. - Define key performance indicators for team performance and continuous improvement. - Achieve profitable year-over-year growth and gross margin targets. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or digital solution environments. - Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and ability to work well under pressure. - Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and manage complex enterprise sales cycles. - Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment and the digital marketplace. - Proficiency in sales methodologies like Miller Heiman or similar frameworks. - Ability to leverage data, analytics, and sales tech to make informed decisions. - Capable of building relationships with C-level stakeholders and leading through influence. - Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining talent while adapting to market dynamics.
