HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Role Overview: As a Digital Sales Manager, you will lead the digital sales team to support them and vendors in launching campaigns on time and within budget. Your main responsibility will be to direct sales processes to generate revenues and plan and execute various digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying market shifts, new services, and competition status. Conducting market research, analyzing trends, meeting with customers, and assessing the company's relationship with them will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Support the team and vendors in launching campaigns on time and within budget - Direct sales processes to generate revenues - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and display advertising - Identify market shifts, new services, and competition status - Conduct market research, analyze trends, and assess customer and competitors - Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs - Assess the quality of the company's relationship with customers Qualification Required: - 4-6 years of Digital/IT field sales experience preferred - Postgraduate/Graduate qualification - Business experience and customer-facing skills - Experience in the digital marketing industry is an added advantage - Skills in communicating with customers - Fluency in English & Malayalam - Ability to extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Achieve sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals,
