Job Title: Project Manager Type: Full Time Location: On-site – Kolkata Industry: B2B SaaS, SME Marketplace, Cloud Procurement Overview: We’re building a transformative B2B marketplace for SMEs , including a private cloud-based procurement platform . We’re seeking a Fractional CTO to architect and scale our product roadmap. This is a strategic and technical leadership role ideal for someone experienced in building complex B2B systems and cloud-native products. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product engineering using Full Stack , AI/ML , and DevOps . Establish scalable deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Co-ordinate engineering teams, review codebases, and enforce high development standards. Collaborate closely with founders to align tech with business goals. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in managing software projects with outsourced/offshore development teams Deep expertise in Full Stack Development , AI/ML , and cloud DevOps. Demonstrated success in building B2B products or platforms from scratch. Proficient in containerization, elastic compute, and distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech from top-tier institutions .
