Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Sales - Home Loan & LAP at FINSSO FINTECH AND ADVISORS PVT LTD. The role is primarily located in Ahmedabad, but some work from home is acceptable. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy for home loans and loan against property (LAP). This includes managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, account management, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role will require interfacing with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• Proficient in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Team Management and leadership
• Excellent Analytical Skills to analyze market trends and sales performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Proven track record in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
