The Role: Head of Sales – India We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of Sales – India to lead and grow our commercial presence in the Indian healthcare market. You’ll be responsible for crafting our go-to-market strategy, building our local customer base, and laying the foundation for long-term growth in the region. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the nuances of healthcare sales in India and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. What You’ll Do Lead sales strategy and execution in India, our key growth market outside Europe Identify, engage, and close deals with ambulatory clinics, hospitals, and health systems Develop a scalable go-to-market model tailored to the Indian healthcare ecosystem Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to align on market needs and feedback Own the full sales lifecycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, onboarding Explore strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accelerate growth Gather market intelligence and identify local opportunities and regulatory considerations What You Bring 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in digital health, health tech, or enterprise SaaS in India Demonstrated success selling into Indian healthcare providers (public and/or private sector) Deep understanding of India's healthcare system, procurement processes, and decision-makers Fluent in English and at least one major Indian language Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments Ability and willingness to travel across India as needed Why Join AllesHealth Equity-based compensation with strong upside potential Opportunity to shape our India market entry and lead a key region Mission-driven team focused on improving healthcare delivery worldwide Autonomy, ownership, and career growth in a global startup environment Send your application to : info@alleshealth.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Highlight any previous B2B HealthTech sales experience you have in India?
