Job Description

Head of Retail (Hospitality & Leasing)

Experience: 10-15 years in retail leasing, Food Courts, Commercial real estate, preferably with experience in healthcare, malls, or premium commercial spaces.

Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leasing & Tenant Mix Identify high-demand F&B brands, pharmacies, wellness centers, cafes, and convenience stores that suit hospital visitors.
Revenue Maximization – Optimize lease terms, negotiate rental agreements, and structure revenue-sharing models (fixed rent + revenue share).
Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations of the retail outlets and ensure seamless integration with hospital operations.
Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with hospital administration, finance teams, and potential tenants to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Compliance & Healthcare Standards – Ensure all tenants meet hospital hygiene, safety, and operational requirements.

- Revenue Models for Hospital Retail & F&B

a. Fixed Lease Model – Tenants pay a fixed monthly rent per sq. ft.

b. Revenue Share Model – Apollo takes a percentage of the tenant’s revenue.
