**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As the Head of RAC & Refrigeration at Belimo, you will be the face of the company in the central air conditioning sector. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the national sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the market share for the company's refrigeration control products. You will be expected to maintain close communication with industry experts and designers to provide innovative solutions and set new standards in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide sales teams with advanced application solutions based on Belimo products. - Continuously explore new sales directions and expand the market for Belimo products. - Research HVAC market needs and suggest innovative solutions. - Guide application consultants and publish papers in reputable HVAC journals. - Cultivate long-term relationships with designers and support sales teams" growth strategies. - Collaborate with regional design institutes to create project opportunities for sales teams. - Identify application potential for new products and collaborate with sales, product management, and technical support teams to develop new business. - Assist in training application consultants on technical skills. - Develop and execute national sales strategies for refrigeration expansion valves. - Identify emerging market trends and opportunities in commercial and industrial refrigeration. - Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the team. - Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and manage key accounts. - Collaborate with product management and R&D to align customer needs with product development. - Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. - Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy. - Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discount structures, and ethical standards. - Present sales performance reports and market insights to senior leadership. - Analyze competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HVAC design or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proficient in reading technical materials in English, fluent in oral and written communication. - Familiar with various control valves in the HVAC industry and central air conditioning system. - Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and control components. - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools. - Willingness to travel nationally. **Additional Details of the Company:** At Belimo, the company values a rewarding work environment and encourages new ideas from its diverse global teams.
