Summary Provides strategic leadership to drive sale of the company's product portfolio across assigned geography, achieve revenue targets, strengthen existing key customer accounts, as well as continually add new customers and expand into newer markets. What You'll Do 1. Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base 2. Apply sales and marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales and marketing position in the assigned business areas 3. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure. 4. Accountable for promoting and selling company products and gaining market shares in the assigned geography 5. Builds strong relationships with key accounts. 6. Builds a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning. 7. Oversees timely collection of payments as per agreed terms to ensure steady cash flow; recommends actions to expedite collections in case of outstanding payments, particularly for high impact accounts 8. Contribute actively in devising strategies on PAN India level. 9. Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these. 10. Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met 11. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with customer to understand their requirements. 12. Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services. 13. Provides guidance and coaching to the direct reportee in business expansion and managing customers 14. Foster a proactive and professional working culture with other colleagues 15. Monitors the team for timely resolution of customer concerns and gets involved in critical issues. Job Description: You will be the Head of RAC & Refrigeration, representing the professional image of Belimo in the central air conditioning field. Your role involves leading the national sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for the company's refrigeration control products. As an industry expert, you will maintain close communication with leading experts and designers in central air conditioning, providing innovative solutions based on Belimo products and proposing new ideas to advance the industry. Key Responsibilities: As Head RAC: - Provide sales teams with advanced application solutions based on Belimo products. - Continuously seek new sales directions and develop markets for Belimo products. - Research HVAC market needs and propose innovative solutions. - Guide application consultants and publish papers in well-known HVAC journals. - Establish long-term relationships with designers to support sales teams" strategies. - Build relationships with regional design institutes and provide project opportunities for sales teams. - Identify application potential for new products and communicate concepts to relevant teams for new business development. - Assist in training application consultants on technical skills.
