Head of Quality – B1 or B2 AME

Location: Coimbatore Key Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards.  Maintain and enhance relationships with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.  Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.  Provide regular updates to the Aviation Operating Board on quality performance and compliance issues.  Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications:  Valid B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license.  Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance.  Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and quality management systems.  Proven leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
