As we grow our leadership team, we’re seeking an experienced and inspired Head of Pre-Primary to lead our early years programme. We’re looking for a warm, forward-thinking educator who understands that the foundation years shape everything. Someone who leads with heart and head — nurturing children’s curiosity while building an engaging, age-appropriate, and globally aligned curriculum. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Pre-Primary team with vision, structure, and empathy Design and implement an inquiry-based early years curriculum Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners Mentor teachers and ensure ongoing professional development Work closely with parents to build trust and meaningful collaboration Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in an early childhood/pre-primary role In-depth knowledge of early years pedagogy and developmentally appropriate practices Experience with international frameworks (IB PYP, Reggio, Montessori) is an advantage Excellent communication and leadership skills A passion for shaping confident, curious, and grounded learners Show more Show less
