The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, be adept and growing a d2c website via different revenue channels like meta, google, cpc channels like paytm etc and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. 8 years of minimum work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with d2c and ecom team
• Manage marketing budget and show desired ROI

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in performance marketing
• Proving track record in scaling d2c brands
• Ability to oversee e-commerce scaling is plus
