Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of People Strategy & Sales Performance, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing HR functions, managing policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role will encompass driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives to boost sales, and working closely with the mentorship team to enhance overall organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in sales strategy and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the startup or education sector is a plus
