• Lead the strategic direction of the FinanceCenterof Excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectiveswhile driving initiatives that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to gain a deep understanding of their financial needs, providing strategic insights that support informed decision-making and align with business objectives.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of standardized reporting packs, ensuring they accurately reflect the evolving needs of the organization and deliver timely, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Guide the team in the management and publication of interactive dashboards, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensuring that dashboards effectively capture and communicate key performance indicators.
• Drive the automation of forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency, while ensuring alignment with global guidelines for a cohesive financial outlook.
• Champion best practices in financial reporting and analytics, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages continuous learning, professional growth, and the sharing of best practices within the Finance CoE.
• Actively participate in finance transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline existing processes, standardizing report templates, and automating manual tasks to elevate the CoE's efficiency and impact.

• 10 - 12 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related fields, preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Proven track record in managing financial reporting and analytics teams.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
