Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the mobile manufacturing plant including assembly, testing, packaging, and logistics.
Ensure production targets are met in line with business goals and market demand.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives.
Forecast and plan production volumes based on market trends and sales forecasts.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Manage procurement of components and raw materials.
Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability and performance.

Cost Control & Budgeting

Monitor and control manufacturing costs and budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
