Head of Networks India and Global Product Delivery Assurance

Role Overview: As the Head of Networks India and Global Product Delivery Assurance at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for leading the Global Network Services (GNS) team in designing, engineering, deploying, and operating the network infrastructure across over 2000 offices in 70 countries. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment with the overall GTI and GNS Strategy, overseeing priorities, strategy rollout, technology roadmap compliance, and managing major projects specific to the Datacenter, Secure Connectivity, or Workplace product domains. Your role will involve managing services globally, developing product strategies, roadmaps, and driving successful product launches, rollouts, and management throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with architectural principles, control, and regulatory requirements, as well as driving automation initiatives within the network infrastructure landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Global Network Services team in designing, engineering, deploying, and operating the network infrastructure across 2000+ offices in 70 countries - Ensure alignment with overall GTI and GNS Strategy, oversee priorities, strategy rollout, and technology roadmap compliance - Manage major projects specific to Datacenter, Secure Connectivity, or Workplace product domains - Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and drive successful product launches, rollouts, and management throughout their lifecycle - Ensure compliance with architectural principles, control, and regulatory requirements - Drive automation initiatives within the network infrastructure landscape - Coordinate with engineering, deployment, automation, risk, and operational functions to bring the product vision to life - Collaborate with other product managers, infrastructure leads, architects, and Operations to ensure network products are in compliance with standards - Lead a globally dispersed team, with a strong customer focus and outstanding leadership skills - Manage, influence, and deliver in a globally matrixed organization - Conduct performance evaluations, compensation discussions, and other human resources responsibilities for the India-based resources Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience managing general networks including security practice - Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position in globally distributed Network Organization or Product Management - Expert knowledge of core networking or relevant certifications such as CNP, CISSP - Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including modern Cloud and Hybrid Cloud infrastructures, automation, and orchestration methods - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders and influence across different functions - Graduate degree or equivalent experience in technology leadership role Please note that the JD does not provide additional details about the company beyond the job description and expectations.,
