As the Head of Networks India and Global Product Delivery Assurance at Pune, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and leading a major function within the Global Network Services (GNS) at Deutsche Bank. Your role will involve supporting and executing the organization's vision in Service Operations by creating goals, setting direction for teams, and aligning priorities for product domains such as Datacenter, Secure Connectivity, or Workplace (Campus/Branches). You will work closely with the Network Demand and Integration function to ensure that the priorities within the product domains align with the overall GTI and GNS Strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Business Priorities, Strategy rollout, Technology Roadmap compliance, Platform Automation, and Major Projects specific to the Product Areas, throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will be managing services globally, supporting the definition of Product Strategy, developing Product Roadmaps, and assuring their implementation based on strategic business understanding. You will collaborate with various departments and organizations to drive the strategic development of products, ensure compliance with architectural principles and regulatory requirements, and optimize product lifecycles. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with engineering, deployment, automation, risk, and operational functions to bring the product vision to life, drive the introduction of automation, and advocate for customers within the networks organization. Additionally, as the Head of Network Services in India, you will provide administrative management oversight for all India-based resources and coordinate regional team leaders to align with local requirements and strategy. To excel in this role, you should have a proactive self-starting ethos, strong customer focus, outstanding leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing general networks, including security practice, and at least 5 years in a leadership position in a globally distributed Network Organization or Product Management. Expert knowledge of core networking, certifications such as CNP, CISSP, and cloud relevant certifications are required, along with a good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and market segments. Furthermore, you should have excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, the ability to navigate in complex organizations, and sensitivity to cultural differences in a global context. Strong English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, and experience in operational and process management are essential for this role.
