Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with clients across various cultures and regions. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase company visibility and client acquisition. Proficient in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. Exceptional team leadership and management skills, demonstrated by the ability to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team. Must have previous experience with air compressor technology (Mandatory skill). Analytical abilities to evaluate metrics and create reports that drive informed business decisions.
