Head of Marketing, Flow & Valves

As the Head of Marketing at Metaval Engineering's Valves & Flow Division, your primary role will involve developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and position Metaval as an industry leader. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for valves and flow measurement products - Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities globally - Overseeing tendering, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for industrial projects - Building strong relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industry stakeholders - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends - Enhancing customer engagement by providing tailored solutions - Leading and developing the sales team, establishing key performance indicators and sales targets - Collaborating with engineering, production, and marketing teams to enhance sales effectiveness - Managing the sales budget, sales pipeline, and implementing digital tools for sales processes Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in valves or related products - Strong understanding of industries such as oil and gas, water, power, mining, and process industries - Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams - Technical background in engineering, instrumentation, or flow control solutions preferred - Experience in international sales and key account management - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, or related field,
