Head of Marketing - Ecommerce / Retail

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve strengthening the client's brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging and customer experience. Additionally, you will drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing. You will oversee content creation, PR, and external communications to enhance brand visibility. Leveraging data analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance user experience will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Establishing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and influencers to expand reach, as well as building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, will be crucial aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and growth marketing. - Proven track record in e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven companies. - Hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling teams. - Exceptional communication and analytical skills.,
